About Sourcing & Finding Items

What if the item you find is more expensive than I expected, or if I change my mind?

You are never under any obligation to buy. We present the total cost—including estimated shipping and sourcing fees—upfront. If the final price doesn’t fit your budget, or you simply choose not to proceed, you only pay our flat sourcing deposit, and you can walk away with no hidden strings attached.

How do you guarantee that the items found are 100% authentic?

We only source from verified, authorized retailers, official brand boutiques, and highly vetted collectors. Every item undergoes a strict internal quality and authenticity check before it is approved for your list. We also provide all original receipts, serial numbers, and certificates of authenticity directly to you.

What happens if you are unable to find the item I’m looking for?

While we pride ourselves on a 95% success rate for rare, vintage, and sold-out items, some pieces are truly elusive. If we cannot locate your item within our agreed timeframe (usually 5–7 business days), we will issue a full refund of your sourcing deposit or let you apply it to a new search.

How long does the sourcing process usually take?

Most curated lists are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For exceptionally rare collectibles, limited editions, or international items that require cutting through time-zone barriers, it may take up to 7 business days. We will keep you updated every step of the way.

How many revisions are included in the gift design process?

Your satisfaction is our priority. Every custom gift project includes two full rounds of complimentary revisions on the initial concept board. We ensure the layout, item selection, and personalized packaging match your vision perfectly before any physical assembly begins.

Do I have to buy the actual gift items through your website?

Not at all, you have complete flexibility! Once you approve the design, you can choose to purchase the items directly on our website for a hassle-free experience. Alternatively, we will provide direct shoppable links so you can place the orders yourself on external platforms.

How fast will I receive my custom gift design proposal?

We work quickly to bring your ideas to life! You will receive your personalized gift design proposal within 48 to 72 hours of booking the service. Each proposal includes curated items, beautiful packaging concepts, and transparent pricing.

How far in advance should I book this service for a special event?

Since we deliver your completed design proposal within 3 days, you can book quite close to your deadline. However, to account for shipping and assembly times—whether you buy through us or use our shopping links—we highly recommend scheduling your service at least 2 weeks before your target gifting date.
